Loose wrap 5 years post Nissen Fundoplication

Hi everyone. I had a Fundoplication in sept/2010 for Barrett's esophogus/Hiatal Hernia/GERD and have done quite well for the last 5 years or so. I have lost 60 lbs slowly over the course of the last 4 years ago through healthy diet and exercise. Now the wrap is loose. I have reflux again, not so much as painful heartburn as in the past but certainly obvious reflux after meals, burping, constantly clearing my throat due to feeling of phlegm in my throat. I am having an EGD w a Bravo test tomorrow morning. I am very nervous about the results as I really don't want any further surgery, but will do whatever is necessary to keep the Barrett's from progressing. Has anyone had a Linx procedure after Fundoplication ? What options were given to any of you in my situation?
