LPR problems after finishing antibiotics. Coincedence????

It is actually good news - if your sphincters work OK you're gonna be fine with time.
And by time I mean even a year on the strict diet :(

I'm also in this situation, was healthy before antibiotic. Completely healthy.

I did manometry results: my UES is hypotensive. No cure for this so I'm never gonna be good/fine/normal again

Don't feel like that. Don't loose your hope.


What did the doctors recommend you? Are you taking any medications?
What symptoms do you have? For how long did you take tha poisonous antibiotic?

I firmly believe that the antibiotic is te culprit of our disease not the pressure of your sphincter

I'm 28. I received a few antibiotics.
My symptoms:
sore throat, red throat and tinnitus in both ears.

There is nothing they could do for loe pressure in UES, and manometry clearly pointed at this.
Maybe antibiotic caused nerve disorders - that's why I have LPR now and spoiled UES.

I created a post here but I received no answers from users....

My question is why your symptoms started after antibiotics? Is it a coincidence?

My problems also started after finishing an antibiotic treatment. I was taking Ceclor 1500 mg for approximately 8 days apart from 3 days in hospital

Do uou have stress during last June before all this started?

I did, unfortunately. I don't think there is anything I can do to fix this.
