this recovery is tricky, lots of baby steps, some forward, backward, and sideways. listen carefully, to your body in regards to exercise. at 4 weeks, i added my recumbent back, at three months elliptical trainer, started easy, than slowly, overtime picked it up. weights did not feel comfortable, till almost, 1 year out, and even still the key word hear, is, DO NOT STRAIN, and being a former athlete it was tricky, but the thought of, having a do over op, made it a no brainier. [once was more than enough for me]. hunger is good, follow your diet, and DO NOT OVER EAT, unless you want to enjoy, some hours of serious pain. it will get better.
