Can an irregular z-line be helped?

My endoscopy showed an irregular z-line. When i type that into google, all the results scream "BARRETT'S ESOPHAGUS" like I'm about to die from cancer. "Irregular z-line typically leads to BE."

My biopsy didnt reveal anything even close to barrett's esophagus (apparently). It showed minor GERD/gastritis build up.

I'm stil freaking out.

Can this irregularity be reversed, or am I stuck with some permanent mutation?
