I had a laproscopic Nissen in 2014 and an open revision in June of 2015. I had been doing very well. (other than esophageal dilation X2)I had a really bad ches cold a few weeks back with 2 weeks of very excessive and hard coughing. Since that time I have ongoing epigastric pain with it being much worse when I eat or drink anything. MD started me back on protonix and scheduled me for an endoscopy next week. It is possible that all of the coughing damaged the Nissen or caused it to slip. I am really concerned as the last surgery was very rough. Any thoughts or experiences with this would be appreciated
