Hello ,
I am new to this board.
For past 3 months I have a breathlessness feeling, but when I check my oxygen saturation level its normal ( 96 to 98%).
Based on my online reading, it seems to be LPR at first look, although the reflux must be very mild, as I don't really have any other symptoms. I ruled out major issues of cardio and lung . Also endoscopy & colonoscopy both came normal.
I have a very mild mucous at back of my throat only some mornings, and washes away after I brush and gargle and does not return all day. I have a mild ( only few seconds) throat clearing symptom only after a meal.
My biggest issue is the breathlessness. and it is more in mornings, and gets a bit better during day.
I read that it could also be LPN ( laryngo sensorory nuropathy).
Does anyone have any ideas what I should do? What kind of specialist/doctor can diagnose LSN vs LPR.
And what kind of diet actions I can do to reduce my symptoms?
Thanks in advance.
