H pylori quadruple treatment

I just finished my quadruple treatment for h pylori. And the last 2 days of treatment I developed small burps that would occur whenever I drink/sip water or eat anything, any amount and almost immediately after I drink or eat. Is that from antibiotics or pylori is still there? I know we won't know till we get tested, but I'm hopping that someone had gone through this and still tested negative. Someone who can share that experience with me. Thanks!
