Hair loss due to steroids ! Help!!

Hey guys I need some urgent help and good information ! I have very thick hair , always have done , I started taking an oral steroid , and within 3 weeks I noticed my hair thinning and falling out , I couldn't believe it, I know the oral steroid causes an increased production on dht, what is main cause of the hair loss, I've stopped taking them now, and want to be advised if once my dht levels go back to normal, will my hair loss slow down? I know it will carry on but will it slow down? And what pct should I use from coming off the steroids , I currently have tamoxifen / novla

I've only takint anavar 50mg for like 3 weeks , rhe tamoxifen was for post cycle to get my hormones back to Normal,
