Feelings mostly in chest area?

I most likely have GERD though I haven't been scoped yet, I am waiting an appointment for that, but I am quite nervous about things I can't find explanations for..

My pain is mostly in the chest, not really in the throat. I assume the esophagus.. it sorta feels..tight? Dry? Hoarse? Cough-y?

Also at the end of the breastbone, every time I eat I feel a lump there.. like a need to burp, but I can't, then it goes away in a few hours.

Also some positional issues, which I haven't found others complaining about.. bending over hurts etc.

Anyone experience or heard of something familiar with GERD?

Hi , hope this helps.I had some heart area discomfort and went in for 2 days of tests, all good.The Doctors all think its Gerd related and so the tests showed negative.
I to have the bloated feeling below the sternum. All I can suggest is go on a soft food, soups, broth etc for a few days minimum to see if it helps
