Hello there,
If your reflux is at night have you tried elevating your bed? I would also stop eating at least two hours before going to sleep. Reflux seems to be the most common at night due to laying down. Maybe you have already tried this but I thought I would point it out even though they are simple suggestions. If that doesn't work I would try dietary changes, and if nothing else works, maybe try a different PPI brand.
