So I've been suffering from Globus Sensation since October 2017. I've been semi controlling it by my diet, but occasionally, I just want to eat!!! Let's share what helps us Please. I would love to hear from others.

Sometimes stress and anxiety triggers this. Just take a walk everyday in fresh air. Don’t worry about
the things that aren’t under your control. Read a book
keep your mind occupied and drink plenty of water. Proper hydration is the key.

Yep...had it diagnosed back in 2013. It felt like a constant lump in the back of my thorat that I couldn't swallow. At that time I was already on a PPI for GERD, but my primary doc didn't make a connection between the 2. He attributed it to stress and gave me liquid nitroglycerin spray for my throat. It didn't really do anything for the lump.
The sensation came and went in varying degrees (much worse when I had a cold) and gradually I started getting other LPR symptoms as well (chronic cough, scratchy voice, throat spasms when lying down). My PA put the pieces together and got me on the right track. I had a Nissan wrap on 3/23/18 and as soon as I woke up, the lump was gone. It hasn't come back since.
I can only attribute the "lump" sensation to the way my body must have been interpreting the problem I was experiencing....It probably didn't know how else to let me know something was wrong other than a feeling of a lump in my throat, even though the issue was at the bottom of my esophagus.
I would see if you can get an upper endoscopy and see if you have a hiatal hernia/signs of LPR.
