I would still continue to follow a GERD-friendly diet (not just watching what you eat), and keep a food diary to try and pinpoint your trigger foods. Some people are surprised at some of the foods that cause GERD-type symptoms, so doing a little research is handy. Stress is a huge factor in stomach symptoms, so try and reduce that if possible, as the holidays seem to be the most stressful time of the year as it is. If your biopsies come back clean, then consider yourself lucky. I don't have any other advice other than to maybe take something O-T-C, like Pepcid at bedtime and to follow any suggestions from your doctor.
