Hello! I am a fairly young person, and around the same time I began school this year I started having a productive cough (very unappealing, painful and gross). Went through all the allergy medications to no avail, after speaking with a physician decided it might be due to reflux. It went away after a few months (changed my diet, took zantac). However, it began again three days ago and I can't seem to shake it. There's not much information online, and my family members with reflux don't have this symptom. Next time I have the chance I'm going to get otc prilosec, but in the meantime does anyone have advice on keeping these coughs from being so miserable?
