Why am I nauseous all the time?

Been diagnosed with GERD and I do present with some classic symptoms but not all. No actual tests because they scoped me a year ago and said much doesn't change in a year.

Anyway just where the esophagus meets the stomach I just feel so nauseous. Is this supposed to be a part of this. Uuugh. Wish I would throw up for real lol.

If you have gastritis (inflammation in the stomach), due to GERD, anxiety, overuse of ibuprofen, etc. - then, yes being nauseous is one of the symptoms.
