You can do an internet search for GERD diets, and there are a lot out there. You need to keep a food diary, to try and pinpoint your trigger foods. Alcohol is out, as are spicy foods, caffeine, chocolate, meats, carbonated beverages and most dairy products. If something bothers you like bread, eliminate it from your diet.
