Does anyone else have the feeling of food feeling stuck in your throat or feel like food is coming back up after eating? I have severe anxiety and panic attacks so this feeling is giving me constant panic attacks. I feel like it’s going to come back up choke me and I won’t be able to breathe I’m so scared of this feeling😢 What do you do to ease this feeling or make it go away?

Lacey:
You need to slow down and take a deep breath, your anxiety is getting the better of you. You need to chew your food more thoroughly and eat slower. If this feeling continues, give your doctor a call.
