Bypass after nissen failed

I had Nissin takedown a year and a half ago because of vagus nerve damage, dumbing and many Severe symptoms,
Now I suffer from reflux, bile reflux, esophageal ulcers, gastritis and hypoglycemia. I cannot eat or drink due to pain I suffer from thinness and lack of vitamins and minerals dr told me There is no solution other than bypass due to biliary reflux and recurrent hiatal hernia.
Any experiences or advice?
