Will gaining weight cause more acid reflux though.

I have the gerd condition for awhile already. I have been gaining some weight from taking my anxiety medication ya. It seems like I am having more acid reflux though. I am kind of sad about that. Does anyone know if gaining weight can cause more acid reflux though. Can anyone give me some advice on this. Thanks.

If it's only a few pounds, probably not. But, significant weight gain could effect your acid reflux.
