I think the best thing for you to do at this point is to call your surgeon's office, as we aren't medical professionals on this site and I haven't experienced your particular symptoms. Just some general info - I know it's common to feel acid reflux symptoms post-surgery and that some patients continue to take PPIs temporarily after the Nissen. It's common to experience some setbacks during your recovery, and you shouldn't expect to feel completely better this soon. In my case, I didn't feel much better until about
6 months post-surgery, and the new me at approximately one year.
