Gas acid in my nose ? Before and after Nissen

hi everyone . Just had my Nissen on the 5th of this month . I’m scared annoyed confused as to why I’m still having symptoms . Before my surgery in the last night months it started off as a cold then gradually I felt a burning dust like gettin into my chest causing wheezing and constant cough . I’ve had throat clearing and all since 6 to 7 years ago .When i got out of surgery my symtoms seemed gone by the third day I had liquid come up like usual but subsided .... I was fine I was like maybe it’s normal . By the 8th day I ate my regular baby food juice water through out the morning and then I um I had broth but right after I had burning in my upper stomach /sternum area then I felt the same prickly burning in my nose I know it’s reflux bc it feels the same I’ve had experienced ....I’m coughing now and I even feel some in my ears ... it subsided over night but when I woke up this morning I had a tickle in my chest and cough ... I’m worried that the surgery just failed which makes me even more sad because my family has gone trough so much trouble ... I know there’s inflammation by the wrap area but I’m also scared that there’s food idk fermenting on top of the wrap causing these symtoms ... it’s only day 9 but I’m not sure what to do or think .
