How to get rid of the gastritis condition though.

I have got an endoscopy done though. The guy that I see says that I have the gastritis condition. Does anyone know anything I could do for this condition. What kind of medication can I take for this. Is there anything I could eat to help with the condition. Could someone give me some advice on this. Thanks.

Thanks. Ya the guy that I am seeing just says to take my omeprazole though. I think that I will take it for awhile more though. I think maybe it would help with the gastritis ya. I will try out some of the gerd diet though. Thanks.
