Help

I have fudoplication surgery . I lost 40 lbs .Im no longer on any diabetic or high blood pressure medicine. I am 6 mos post surgery but 4 mos out I was having constipation issue. My stomach was making loud noise but couldnt go to bathroom for weeks but finally got bowels moving. My doctor believed it just took a while for my body to readjust after been on a liquid diet for 6 weeks. But bowels are still not quite solid and at times I experience diarrhea. But I have this burning that keeps coming and going below my ribs. So went back to the GI and they did upper endoscopy and colonscopy to make sure nothing was going on. But all test came back normal. Now they want me try a low dose omeprazole as needed. But I told them I had surgery so I didnt have to take medicine. Are there anyone else having issue post surgery? Im trying to watch what triggers the pain today was ice cream. Are yall limited to what you can or cant eat? Help me out and let me know.
