4weeks post nissen op. horrendous heartburn when ever i eat

im still kinda new to all this but before my surgery i never experienced heartburn. it was never really a symptom of mine . but now ive started my soft foods diet i get heart burn instantly when i eat 🤔😭 im only 4weeks in . is this the norm or can be considered normal for some as im convinced it hasn't worked and now im stressing myself out lol .

Can I ask if you never experienced heart burn, what was your surgery for? I can tell you that I didn't feel much improvement until around the 6 month mark - although I never experienced heartburn post-surgery. I felt like the new me at around 1 year.

hi yh he gave me the operation in the end as all i did was reflux constantly and regurgitate 😭 now its horrendous every time i eat.

Your best bet would be to contact your surgeon's office.
