Have you seen a gastroenterologist about
your symptoms? The increase in pain concerns me a little and it never hurts to just get things checked out. These symptoms sound quite similar to Chrone's Disease or the gluten-intolerant Celiac's Disease. Both have painful symptoms that intensify if they are not treated proply.

For the last three weeks I have been waking up at about 5:30am every morning. At this time I have diarrhoea and nausea. Twice I have actually been sick.
My alarm is set for 6:10 but I never actually end up getting up at that time because I wake up before then due to feeling ill.
This has left me feeling really tired a lot of the time. However, by lunch time every day I feel better. This is after a long walk.
I have IBS and I'd just started college so I thought maybe I'd triggered it. But, it happens at weekends as well and has been going on for weeks.
I don't know what to do. I have diarrhoea every morning now but by the evening it almost disappears. I was used to getting it every day but not this bad because it's more painful than usual.
I find it hard to eat anything in the mornings which just makes me feel worse at college.
