What exactly is Gerd? I had an Endoscopy test done over 10 years ago and it showed two bleeding ulcers, would this be considered Gerd? I've been on zantac for over seven years and was on pepcid for 3 years before zantac. Stomach still hurts occasionally. Anyone tried any natural remedies? scool I also have Asthma, Allergies and Chronic Sinus Infections and some depression don't really need anything else confused What Doctors Treat GERD??? help would be appreciated!!!

Hi, I have the same asthma, allegies and chronic sinus infections too. I also have depression. GERD is gastrointestinal esphageal reflux disease. Gastrointestinal doctors treat it.

I don't know but maybe after 10 years, you need a new endoscope. Hope you have the correct insurance. Take care of yourself.

What are your symptoms, maybe they are similar to mine?

ive been drinking apple cider vinegar and starting taking acidophilus two days ago. Its helping some, better than no help i guess

My PCP actually is treating my GERD but that is only because my GI doesn't care about anything but my Crohn's and then he doesn't care about all of it.. Anyway I have allergies and chronic sinus infections too. along with depression and GERD ofcourse. I get the bruning in my throat and have trouble swallowing anything even liquids.. I hope this helps..
