new here can you help me?

Hi this is my first post and Im hoping someone can help me.  I have been having a burning pain in my tummy for a while now and awful wind I seem to be belching all the time.  I wake up full of gas every morning also my tummy seems very bloated/swollen.  I went to the chemist today he gave me kolanticon gel and Ive taken some but still have a painful tummy and also full of wind.  No constipation or loose bowels however when i get the urge to go to the toilet in a morning I have to go there and then.  Anybody any ideas what it is?  Could it be something serious?   

I agree with Ghostwind, you should see a doctor. Burning pain in stomach could be a sign of an ulcer. Make sure the doctor checks you for H.Pylori in your stomach, easy breathing into small balloon test-totally non-invasive. If you're postive, they just give you antibiotics.
