Hi everyone i usually post on the UC forum but i need a little help from you guys if you can. I've had really bad stomach issues lasting 2 or 3 years now. I had an endoscopy last year and it showed it was normal except for Helicobatpr pylori(think thats correct), i was given antibiotics to clear it up. But my stomach issues haven't cleared up they are just getting worse. When i eat my food comes back up very rapidly. If i eat large meals my stomach will keep forcing the food back up until my stomach is empty. I have awful pain in my chest(centre of chest to the left of my chest) that is nearly always there.
This past few weeks i'm having similar pains between my shoulder blades, although more acute. My doc reckons it is my stomach and increased my omazerapole to 40mgs a day a Domperidone x 3 daily. But its still not helping.Its becoming very annoying having to go through this constant vomiting after i eat.
It does get worse at night when i go to bed, very annoying. Have you guys gone through similar issues and if you have could you give me some ideas to relieve these synptoms.

do you have gastroparesis?  It sounds like you do with your mentioning you are on domperidone.  I have gp and I just started domperidone today, as I was on Reglan...hated that medicine!  I am no expert by any means, but try eating small meals and fat/fiber free meals if you haven't already.  Maybe give your stomach a break for a few days and drink your food.  I am wondering if this is really a reflux issue and not just strictly gp.  Do you get the urge to vomit, or does it just come right up and out?

Were you diagnosed with gp?  I belong to the gastroparesis foundation and there is someone on the site that has the same problem with it coming right up and out.  She is seeing a specialist for it soon.  I will try to follow her to see what the doc says about it.  It sounds like you definatley have gp.
