I have been on the Gerd forum for years but this is truly where most of my pain and suffering lies.

Hi there !

So glad to see someone else post...I want to see lots of people posting here. I think that those of with psoriasis needs friends to chat with who understand what we go through.

I am a 46 year old mom of two and got psorasis about three years ago. It was like I woke up one morning and was just covered with it.

Tell me, how were you diagnosed with psa Nix...??

Mine is mostly on my feet and real bad in the summer...the itching drives me crazy. I have been using lavender oil on it and it controls it really good,

I am 17 years old, and three years ago I was diagnosed with psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis. I have tried TONS of meds, and am now on remicade. Does anyone here have a tattoo while on remicade or other immunosuppresants? I have heard rumors its bad to get one while on remicade and such, and ive heard its not. I am (hopefully) getting one in a few weeks.

I have just joined HW and i have been dealing with psoriasis for about 12 years. And for the past cpl of years i have been having alot of medical problems that just seem to be getting worse. First i have probably tried every cream on the market for psoriasis there is. Haven't tried any pills because i have seizures on top of everything else. Plus i have asthma! Not sure what i can or cannot take because of the meds that i already take now. Just is the past 6 months i started to have really bad chest pains that felt like i was having a heart attack. Been to emergency room several times plus heart specialist and they said it wasn't my heart. ( have a big family history of heart problems on both sides) I had alot of people tell me what they thought it could be but no real facts. Really frustrated. When i have these chest pains it not only hurts in my chest but in my upper back (mainly). I have pits in my fingernails. And i am not a girly girl but this is really upsetting to me that my nails look this way. Plus my psoriasis is getting worse. Starting to get it in more areas. Plus i have alot of trouble with my feet and have for quite some time. It is all i can do to get up out of bed each day. Mainly because i know i have to walk on my feet. They are stiff every morning and also if i sit for any length of time. Does anyone know what kinds of tests that you have to do to get diagnosed with psoriatic artritis????

new here - joined to see if anyone has had the h1n1 while on medication for psoriasis - i am 40 years old - have had psoriasis for 17 years - just work up with it one day - have been on all the topics, suns, cortizones, etc - finally this past year i started the injection kinds. I am now on Humira.

just seeing if anyone is having any adverse reactions to the seasonal flu and or the H1N1 shots while on Humira...

I am 48 and I have PA. I am about to start Humira. I was dealing with psoriasis about 10 years before the PA, my hands are deformed but I haven't had any serious issues with my skin that I haven't been able to handle !

Hello Every one I am Michael 36 and have been suffering since I was 16 I have tried clobetesol, dovanex, embrel, humira, betemetasaone, sun, beach water, dead sea, TRIAMCINOLONE, CLOBEX 0.05% SPRAY 125ML, Vanos Cream, Diprolene Ointment, pine tar soap, some tar cream I bought on Amazon, Lomlux and I just applied vectical as I type this. I don't know what to do any more have been suffering for 20 years now Dr just gave me Soriatane pills 30 pilss cost $900 I have no Insurance but I found this website called bridges to access and if your income level is under something like $2200 a month you qualify for first months batch at $10 and every 90 days after that for free they mail out 90 days at a time. not sure if I can post the web site or not so I will only post the # 1-866-728-4368 hope this helps. and if any one know of any thing I havent tried please help I am desperate.
