I have had psoriasis since I was a baby, on and off, most of the time only a few spots...
Then after I had my babies I had major flareups, seems like it had to do with hormones and eating a lot of junk during pregnancy.
Anyway- I went to a nutritionist which put me on a strict no sugar/no wheat/no dairy diet.
It was really-really hard (harder than having the baby...) I found out how addicted I was to these things, and how food was not a matter of being hungry but a comforting thing...
3 tough weeks went by, and after that my skin cleared completely!!!
I became an advocate of juicing and healthy eating.
I am in control of what i put in my mouth most of the time, and if the psoriasis raises its head, I know exactly what to do...
