Help with nail bed psoriasis

I've been dealing with Psoriasis for over 10 years. The plaque portions I can deal with, but my nail beds are a mess.

Previously, I was able to reverse this, and return my nails to excellent by use of Enbrel for several years. Unfortunately, I was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer 3 years ago, and was told to immediately stop the Enbrel, as it is an immune system suppressor, and I needed my immune system in top form to fight the PC.
Now, my PC is in remission (YAY!!), but my nails are all messed up (all involved, both fingers & toes, nail beds have receded 50-75%).

Does anyone have any suggestions for treatments that are NOT biologicals?

There isn't a lot that can be done for nail psoriasis because it is so hard to reach. I went for many years thinking that my scalp psoriasis had moved into my toenails.

Turns out that, after seeing the doctor earlier this year, it is actually fungus and not psoriasis. They put a patient on special pills for several months, then several months off, then on again. As a result, my toenails -- which once were badly deformed and trimmed with a tiny saw -- are almost completely normal again.

So I recommend checking with a foot doctor and see if your problem might actually be more like mine -- and quite curable.

Thanks for the response, Chuck.
Unfortunately, mine has been confirmed as Psoriasis - we looked into the nail fungus issue years ago, and even tried fungal treatments without success.
On the good side, just saw my (new) dermatologist last week, and he is referring me to, as he put it, the 'Nail Guy' at the University of Washington. Maybe there's something that can help.

Hello Bob, I have been into natural treatments since then and I think you will agree with me if i say that natural remedies are safe to use. I have been using using skin creams containing Jojoba oil for my skin problem and natural manuka honey for my 2 year old kid with eczema. These natural remedies are really a great help for me and my family.
