Hot, burning senation, tingling... What is the cause? Help!

I have sereve burning and tingling senations on my feet, hand.. It feels achy at the same time, What is the cause???

I'm not sure the psoriasis is the proper forum to ask this but to me it sounds like nerve pain related issues.
