help - need assistance for past balance of enbrel prescription

We recently enrolled in the enbrel support card program which is great. However we are finding out that it only helps with prescriptions going forward. We have a balance of past prescriptions that Enbrel is saying they can't help us with. Does anyone know of any other assistance???

Who do you owe the money to? Do you have a patient advocate at your clinic? If so, that's the first place I would start, they usually know all the programs and ways to get help.
