have you seen nail psoriasis only, that looks like this?? so frustrated!

Flowerkid -Same here I know you posted your original question some time ago but I thought it would still be worth replying. (sorry Jenenod stole your sentence :)
From looking at your pictures that is exactly how my Psoriatic Arthritis started. For the longest time I thought it was a fungal infx from a bad nail salon. WRONG I got lucky and saw a German Rheumatologist (we were stationed there with Army)
He took one look at my nails.... that looked Exactly like yours and said "that is Psoriasis"
Go to your Dr. and Insist on having a blood test called HLAB-27 they will bi!&# and say "women dont get that" but look it up I bet you have a lot of the symptoms that go with Psoriatic Arthritis and the others.
Funniest thing the only other psoriasis I have is a tiny tiny patch on my elbow.

I know it's been a long time since you've posted but I was reading about your problem & wondered if you had every had your thyroid checked? Hyperthyroidism can cause nails to separate from the nailbed, like you were describing...
