Not MS, Can it be Psoriatic Arthritis 'WORRIED PLS RESPOND'

Hello, Recently My Pcp referred me to a Neuro thinking i might have MS, But all the test came back Neg. I've been having so much Fatigue, pains in my joints, pains in my chest, knees, my eye. I also have been having painful feet get red hot and itch and my hands also, They get swollen not that bad. I'm in pain in the morning, my lower back and tail bone hurts. I found around scaly patch on my thigh, but it did not spread. I showed the spot to my Pcp and he was able to take a scab like off and the round spot remained. It's been a couple os weeks i can see where the spot was, but the patch and scale are almost gone.

Can anyone give me some insight and let me know these are signs of PA?

Get referred to a dermatologist, he will be able to tell you what your may have, at least if it is psoriasis he can tell you that.
