New to the site. Diagnosed with psoriasis this past summer. Hands and feet are pretty bad. Taking some time off from work. Just started Humira. On my fourth injection. Starter Kit first two did good. Week later, injections sites got red. Fourth injection, three days ago. Injection site red, face redness. Called my doctor. Going to see Dr. tomorrow. I was told, I probably will be taken off the Humira. I've done topicals, laser treatments, not working. Feet and hands were starting to look a bit better. I'm soooo disappointed right now, I could cry. I am crying. Any input from folks would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

i had really BAD psoriasis from humira..covered my whole head lost some hair, I went to the store and in the hair department where they sell shampoo for dandruff i came across tea tree oil, it has help tremendously!!!i used it on scalp and skin, but it wasn't too bad on my skin, plus i have started to drink alot ore water and it seems to be helping Good luck!

Has your doc considered Enbrel or Stelara? One of those meds might help. Sorry the Humira didn't work for you. Don't be discouraged. There are other meds to try. Enbrel cleared me about 85-90% in about 6-8 months. Keep going. You'll find something that works!
