Hey is anyone taking remicade for psiriasis Does it help? Can it make it worse?
I have scalp psoriasis and since my diagnosis with UC I stopped taking my meds/ shampoo/ drops and it's gotten worse
I am taking remicade for my UC and I was wondering if it will help me

I took Remicade for UC and it actually caused psoriasis. Since Remicade is used to treat psoriasis, this is called paradoxical psoriasis. It is one of the reasons why I discontinued Remicade for treatment of my UC.

I am taking remicade for Psoriatic arthritis, but it has also cleared up my psoriasis which I suffered from for 40 years. It is great to have clear skin and no flaking!! It has also helped control the psoriatic arthritis. I have been taking it for almost 5 years along with methotrexate.

Does anyone know if Remicade is available in Mexico and if so, where? I am moving to Cozumel in January and will take Mexican insurance. Need to know the costs and availability for this drug that I now take.
