Hi all:

I almost went on the new oral pill for PsA, but, have been having some pill swallowing issues lately, so, did not start that regime. I have bad knee arthritis with fluid and bad bad cervical spine issues. Besides biologics, seems like no options. I cannot swallow pills unless they are very very tiny. Fish oil? Natural options?

I have just been diagnosed with PA myself. I'm on Avara and Plaquinel.

I've got a feeling I'm going to be placed on biologics myself soon.

I read somewhere going on an anti inflammatory diet might help.

I know the biologics are scary, but I rather have some relief.
