Ingrown toenail thickness and seems loose

Hello!
Hope you are all having a fantastic day! This is my first post so I apologize if I'm in the wrong forum topic
But years ago I had both my big toes surgically done to remove my ingrown toenails. One seems to be fine and look like a normal nail and the other not so much
It's very thick, and has a strange bump to it as well

Thank you for a response Judy. I had these done when I was maybe 12 years old. I am now 24. I don't know if it was due to the root being "killed" during the procedure. It's not loose to where I feel it's gonna fall off, it's just able to lift and shift, if that makes sense.
