Need help choosing medication

Hi everyone.
Today I went to my dermatologist, and we decided that the topical medication for my psoriasis is not working after trying so many creams and ointments. I have very severe plaque psoriasis. Mostly on my arms and legs. He has given me pamphlets to read and we discussed the pros and cons of each, but I'm so confused on what to do. I'm the type of person who gets every side effect in the book. My choices are, humira, enbrel, stelara, and otezla. I was just wondering what has helped you and what was your experience with side effects if any. Just looking for some feedback as I don't know what to do..Thanks so much

I'm not sure if you still need advice, but I thought I'd reply.

I took Enbrel for about 3 years and it worked great without any side effects. Then it just suddenly stopped working. Luckily there are many choices.

I've never tried Stelara.

I tried Otezla and was really hopeful because it's in pill-form rather than injection or infusion. It cleared my skin about 75% but I also have arthritis and it was not helping those flares so I had to go off of it.

I am currently on Humira and have been taking it for about 2 years now. It cleared my skin 100% and it also controls my arthritis. No side effects. I just hope it lasts and does not suddenly stop working like Enbrel.
