Any advice or help please? Have been seeing a rheumatologist since last year due to horrible joint pains mostly fingers hands, feet ankles, and back. At this point all test have been run MRI, Ultrasounds, scans blood work. No firm diagnosis all scans normal except the positive HLA-B27 long family history of autoimmune and uncle has PsA. I have just noticed today I have 3 very small sized white scaly patches on my thighs about
no bigger around than the head of a pencil eraser can psoriasis start this way and this small? My uncle has very mild psoriasis. I just see pictures online of much more advanced condition. Also all my joint pains started last year after a bout of E.Coli I just assumed it was an effect of that it just never went away. I also am normally on a gluten free diet, lower sugar, and almost no dairy, but I didn't really follow it during the holidays. I'm wondering if this could be why these patches only seem to come and go. Not the best pictures but I tried to add her I have 3 or 4 very small circular scaly white patches.
