I am 29 years old. Within the last year i found out i have Degenerative Disk Disease and Osteoarthritis in the knees. So far no meds help my knees. They stay stiff and hurt rreally bad. Anything out there that will help?

Some people have had luck with injections of artificial synoval fluid into the knee. What about
arthroscopic surgery-are you a canidate for that (depends on the type of OA damage). Condrotin-glucosomine. I am sure others will be along with other suggestions. What does your doctor suggest?

Staca, I have osteo & fibro. My knees make grating noises when I walk. They don't hurt all the time but when they do Celebrex did help. It didn't help anything but the knees, weird huh. Good Luck!
