I just wanted to welcome all those visiting the new osteoarthritis forum.  I hope it becomes a tremendous resource and source of support for those dealing with this condition.

Peter,

This is so great for those of us with osteoarthris to have a place to talk. As we get older, not saying I'm old or anything...lol...the joints begin to ache and need treatment of some kind whether it be heat or medical care. Now we have a place to compare notes with each other.

Yes, thank you, Peter, there are many of us who have this condition and it's not all about getting old.  This gives us an opportunity to learn and help each other to deal with this condition and hopefully one day win the battle against it.

Just recently diagnosed and finding it all a bit tough...be good to hear other people's experiences and tips for managing this
