Hi I have been experiencing pain on the ball of my foot just under my last 3 toes it feels like im walking on a pebble at times and just recently I get a hot flush through the underneath of my foot, it doesnt feel hot to the touch and isnt swollen.Has anyone any ideas what it could be please

Have you seen a podiatrist? I have an idea about what it might be but it would only be a guess and might put the incorrect idea out there.

it sounds like metatarsalgia and tendonitis....definitely see a podiatrist or orthopedic specialist.

have seen a podiatrist who has diagnosed o.a of the big toe. Nothing can be done.bye bye heels!

i have been experiencing pain on my left side at the back rib area especialy at night when im laying down.any suggestions as to what it might be please

pulled muscle? Disk issues? I don't know.
