Muscle spasm is this part of it?

 have been told I have osteoarthritis in both my knees and in my hip.. I find it had to believe that all my pain in  my legs is coming from this condition. Because I have such weird symptoms.. Muscle spasm in my legs along my shin bone and now in my ankle. Twitching in my legs and sometime my knees and hip don’t even hurt. I was just wondering if anyone here with osteoarthritis has these symptoms too.

I have osteoarthritis in my hip and have all these symptoms but I am also getting close to getting diagnosed with ms..all he says right now is quadraparesis
