In my opinion, you need to see a rheumatologist. Usually, if you have OA in one place, it's in other joints as well. Also, my rheumy sent me to a neurosurgeon, because my neck is also in the same shape as yours, and it is so close to my brain stem that she didn't want just anyone to operate on it.
I'm not saying you need surgery, but I feel an MRI is in order A chiro is not educated enough to treat you. I had a worthless rheumy who sent me to physical therapy and made my problem worse. He told me it was all fibromyalgia. Well, the new rheumy says I don't have fibro at all.
If OA in your cervical spine gets bad enough it can start causing nerve problems, which I have. It can also compress on your spine when you move in certain ways, and cause other issues too.
Get a good rheumatologist, and get and MRI. Hope it all works out for you.
