Where is the best place to live with Osteoarthritis?

From what I've read climates that do not have extreme fluctuations in barometric pressure can be arthritis friendly. I know some people just feel much more comfortable in dry climates with low humidity such as Arizona. I think you have to factor that in but it shouldn't be the sole reason to uproot yourself and move to a different location. Living pain free and being happy with where your at would help your overall mood and outlook on life. I struggle in the winter in the Pacific Northwest and depression seems to have a negative impact on health in general so eventually I'll be looking to move where the sun shines much more often.
