Ijust lost a lot of time ,please advise as to what type DR. to see about osteoarthritis,ostoperosis Osteopenia ,Degenerative disk disease. I am in a great deal of pain and 2 previous RA have told me there is nothing wrong I need some type of medication which will do less damage to my liver than tylenol did.''The hepatologyst has also said I MAY have fibromialgia. I'm not sure there s a test for that please any thing would help even just a chat to get my mind off the painmad mad mad l

Sounds like you could use an orthopaedic doctor and a rheumatologist. They can be helpful. I am so sorry you are in pain. You could try elavil (low dose and short term) to sleep at night. You could also maybe use mobic which is in the celebrex type thing but much more effective and very inexpensive. Both of these are inexpensive. Both are perscription pills. Do you have a good prime care doctor?

Hi June

I would see a Rheumy to determine if you have fibromyalgia.  I would make an appt with an ortho or pain Dr to assist you with dealing with pain from your other conditions. I see a pain Doc for my spine problems and nerve issues right now.  He is great and is helping with some ESI plus pain meds.

My first experience was three years ago ; I had all paper work Dr.s Every thing.She had her nurse do a test which require walking on my heals on mh toes ect...She than reported it to dr' 'dr read the lbs and sent her nurse in to say I had no 'arthritisl I KNEW i didnt have RA but during the time I was being eveluated at Mayo Clinic for a liver transplant they found i HAVE osteoperosis, osteopenia degenerative disk desiese 'they advised me to have my bunions taken care of before i GOT WORSE kThe surgery was a big mistake I'm worse off now than  I was beforel In the mean time my liver has improved but since I CANT TAKE MANY drugs I am in terrible l. So again they said they wanted me to get some pain resiefe which means another so I got all lm papers together and expected to get something out of it. Well  she got off on how manydrugs I was taiing Didnt notice That 3 are blood pressur pill s the rest are supplements. 'then she took my blood pressure with my arm dangling so it came out super high.I told her I was in care for that I have white coat syndromes she said well Ill just take my coat off. She just didnt understand If you have never had an anxiety attack its hard to explain. Well  good thing they had a power outage
