New to this Osteoarthritis forum

Hi, I am a newby here. Just recently diagnosed with Osteoarthritis in all my joints. I do not understand how it can come on so suddenly and in all joints. There are a few that at present are not bothering me much if at all, but most have been very stiff, inflamed and painful. I just turned 50 so am not really old, but I have done over 30 years of extreme hard and fast paced data entry, which I can understand why my hands, wrists and shoulders are so bad. I also have it bad in my feet and knees. Elbows to a lesser degree. I still can hardly believe this is me now, as I have always been a fairly active person. Well hopefully I can help others with any success I will have in this new journey of mine.

i am just 45 and my whold body jonts all affected. really a nightmare for me and doctor can do nothing. my cartilage is wearing away and my knees, ankle and hip joints are the most serious damaged joints.
