I slept off and on from 2:00 to 3:00; now it's 5 and I guess that's all the sleep I'm going to get tonight. The front is going through, I sort of hurt all over, and Arthur Itis is not my friend.

I just had to whine a bit. Thanks for listening.

Judy- I was up most of the night also. I don't know why so maybe the front had something to do with it. My bones are hurting more than usual today. I should have taken an ambien last night because I feel terrible today. I am so tired.

I received my SSDI packet and it is so thick. I dread having to go through it today to make all the corrections. They sure make it difficult.
On the upside of things, my GI appointment yesterday went pretty good. No new meds and she is putting off my colonoscopy due to the AVN surgeries. She thinks I have enough to worry about right now and didn't want to incite a flare with the scope. Thank the lord for small favors, right?

I know the front had something to do with how I felt. I finally (after 2 Tylenol Arthritis and 2 Tramadol) got the pain under control. Then I went to the gym and did a careful but vigorous workout, which almost always makes me feel better.

Glad your scope got postponed - one less thing to worry about is always a help. When is your surgery?

They havent given me a date yet for the second surgery. My left knee surgery was Oct 21 and the Dr said it can take 3-6 months to heal enough to support the my weight so they can do the opposite knee. I anticipate it will be sometime in Jan. 2012. I am really sick of walking on crutches. So far I have been on crutches for more than 10 weeks and I still have at least another month just for the left knee surgery then I get to do this all over again! Fun, fun.

I am glad you finally got your pain under control. Hopefully tonight you will get a good nights sleep! I plan on taking my Ambien early because I have a full day tomorrow and dont want a repeat of today.
I am suspecting I am developing a bit of arthritis becuse my hand joint are giving me issues in the cold. Hopefully it is not AVN in those joints also.
Guess it can always be worse, right? LOL

Have you heard of LDN, Low Dose Natrexone? It's helpful in dealing with many auto-immune diseases.

Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) - the "off-label" use of the medication naltrexone, at low doses and for other diseases such as multiple sclerosis. Naltrexone is typically prescribed for opioid dependence or alcohol dependence as it is a strong opioid antogonist. Yes, it was known for years as Antibuse, used to discourage addicts from using and to help reverse overdoses quickly. I know we have a cadre of supporters of it on the forum.
