Regenerate your own cartilage with PRP and stem cell injections

Im a physical medicine/pain medicine physician who has been injecting joints and spine for 10 years with cortisone and other medications. This year I learned about stem cell injections from a conference I went to. I had heard about PRP from the news and ESPN due to athletes. For avoiding surgery and regenerating cartilage, or even after arthroscopic debridement, this is a new option for patients. I'm not only a physician, but also a patient. I had arthroscopic debridement last August and wasn't able to run or do any repetitive long walking without pain. Recovery was very slow. After doing PRP to myself last month I was able to run for the first time in more than a year, and the knee feels solid. You can google it or YouTube to learn more.
