Hi everyone,

I'm an OA suffer since the age of 20. It started in both my knees from a horse kick to the knee. In 1985, I fell off my horse and compacted my neck. Since then I have injury my neck twice and my GP order neck x-rays as I have been experiencing numbness and tingling in my left hand.  To find out the I have OA of C4-C6.  I'm presently on Celebrex for the pain and inflammation, Omega 3, Calcium and Magnesium. I am unable to consume any medication that contains Iron as this induces the pain. I find that when I experience pain in my neck the strengthening exercises with the use of both my arms pulling my head to the left and then right and both arms forward seems to relieve the pain.
